Terms and Conditions

ALL ARRANGEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE SUPPLIER’S REGULATIONS & CONDITIONS DETAILED ON THEIR WEBSITES, TRAVEL BROCHURES OR AS ADVISED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Please clarify Terms & Conditions with your consultants before booking if you are unsure as all product items have their own terms.

All amendments must be requested in writing or via email. In addition to fees imposed by the Travel Provider, Ed Square Travel & Cruise will charge an administration fee of $ 75 pp per transaction.

Cancellation will incur in charges imposed by the Carrier, Wholesaler or Cruise Operator PLUS commission recall and refund processing fee. Regardless of circumstances for refunds, Ed Square Travel & Cruise have the right to retain agents commission as services on our part has been completed.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR NAMES ARE CORRECT AS PER YOUR PASSPORTS.

We are required by IATA to input the following into your booking:

Passport details - We will require a copy of your passport

Local address and telephone number

Overseas address and telephone number

Email address

 

PRIVACY:

Due to privacy of our clients, we request that all amendments or cancellation must be advised in writing by the traveller or the sponsor. If you would like to nominate a third party to act on your behalf you must notify us prior to departure.

REQUESTS:

If you have any special request, assistance or dietary requirements, please advise us immediately.

 

PASSPORTS & VISAS:

Please ensure that you have at least 6 months validity on your passport from date of return. If you will be travelling on any other than an Australian Passport, please alert your consultant immediately.

Visas, including re-entry and transit visas are the passenger's own responsibility. For more information please log on to www.dfat.gov.au or www.smarttraveller.gov.au. In some cases we may be able to assist with your application. A service fee plus application fee will apply.

If you have any criminal conviction, you will need to let us know as these may result in the need for application for special visas to enter your destination.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Please enquire with your consultant for a quote specific to your itinerary and advise us if you would like pre-existing medical cover. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance at the time you make the booking to cover you against any loss of deposits.

 

Please note: Epidemics and Pandemics and natural disasters are not covered.

 

 

 

 

 

 

TRAVEL ADVICE: We recommend that you contact Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT) for general advice, as well as specific advice relating to the destination you wish to visit. We recommend you register with www.smarttraveller.gov.au prior to your departure. Please be aware of local customs and regulations.

 

VACCINATIONS:

Please contact your local GP for further information. Advise them of your travel destination and they will be able to clarify for you.

 

BAGGAGES:

Checked baggage allowances may vary depending on your fare type.

For domestic or intra continental travel, checked baggage fees may apply and is payable directly to the airlines.Please check with your consultant for further information.

 

LIQUID ITEMS RESTRICTIONS IN CARRY-ON

Bottles, liquids, gel and paste MUST be less than 100ml and must be labelled. Any items in excess of 100ml will be confiscated.

 

SEATING:

Most airlines will charge for seat pre selection. In some cases they may be non refundable should you make subsequent amendments.

 

FREQUENT FLYERS:

If you are a member of an airline frequent flyer programme, please retain your boarding passes and copies of tickets for point verification against your statement. Without these you will not be able to accrue points.

AMENDMENTS:

Request for amendments must be submitted in writing or via email.

In addition to fees imposed by the TRAVEL PROVIDER, Casula Travel will charge an administration fee of $ 55 per person per change.

Re-confirmations

We recommend that you confirm your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours prior to departure. Online check in is advisable. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

 

PAYMENT:

Cash / Cheques / EFTPOS / Direct Deposit - No fees

 

Visa or Master Card will attract 1.8% surcharge

 

American Express will attract 2.2% surcharge

Please be advised we have commission/incentive arrangements in place with airlines and travel providers. Should you cancel, in addition to any provider fees charged, we will retain our commission plus any processing fees charged.
